A man accused of robbing people on six different occasions begged a court in Qingdao, Shandong province, for leniency, saying he had done some good deeds too.
During his trial on 20 July, Wang said he once walked a heavily intoxicated woman to her house and didn't rob her.
The judge said one good deed against six bad ones didn't deserve any sympathy.
