A Beijing woman has sued her live-in partner for 160,000 yuan after he accidentally fired a small-bore rifle at her in January.
The man was playing with the rifle in his rented apartment in Tongzhou when it actually went off and severely injured his partner.
The woman broke up with him immediately after getting discharged from the hospital and last week brought a lawsuit on him.
